Pod + Kin Photo Shoot

Our favorite Pilates instructor Wendy Foster has set up a fabulous new spot aptly called 'Pod + Kin' on 38th and SE Belmont. She is teaching her postpartum recovery Mamalates classes, Pilates Sculpt (Kim's personal favorite) and as well as offering a wide range of classes taught by instructors like Kimberly Bepler of ABC Doula Service and Camille Mulchi of Motherwise Yoga.

Yesterday Kim went over and captured lots of women, some of them with their new babes to boot. Even though the sun refused to come out she was able to recreate sunshine by putting a studio flash light outside the beautiful big south facing windows.
